Follow these steps to manage the end-to-end vehicle handover process.

Step 1: Enroll Drivers & Vehicles

Go to the 'Drivers' and 'Fleet' pages to register all your drivers and vehicles in the system. This is the foundation of your fleet management.

Step 2: Initiate a Handover

To assign a vehicle, go to the 'Handovers' page and click 'Initiate Handover'. Select an available vehicle and the driver. The driver will then be notified to start their pre-trip inspection on the mobile app.

Step 3: Verify a Return

When a driver returns a vehicle, it will appear on the 'Handovers' page as 'Pending Return Inspection'. Click 'Verify Return' to review their post-trip photos and run the AI Damage Assessment.

Step 4: Manage Incidents

Use the 'Incidents' page to log any new incidents. You can use the AI Summarization tool to get a quick overview of long narratives.
